If the answer is yes then you should contact me at once, chances are that it may be infected with spyware and/or viruses. Even with a LOT of due diligence on your part these things do happen and this is where I come in to help.

Sometimes the best way to solve the problem is to clean the entire system up and that usually involves the following.

  1. Thorough assessment of the problem.
  2. Back up of all critical data to an external medium.
  3. Scan for and removal of viruses/spyware of all data backed up to the external medium.
  4. Re-installation of the Operating System and related software.
  5. System optmization to include needed updates.
  6. Imaging of the system to aid in future disaster recovery efforts.

This service starts at $75.00 and MAY be higher depending upon the severity of the problem
