I place a very high emphasis on providing quality service to my clients and it does not matter whether the client is only having one or two web pages being designed or a complete web site being developed, a computer having some minor service work being performed or a complete system overhaul. PC Tech Support Services and Training

I pride myself on providing first class service to my clients and every machine that I work on I take the time to go through it with a fine tooth comb to find all the problems and eliminate them. One of my key specialties in this area is refurbishing machines or upgrading them to increase their service life.

Web Site Design

This is something that I really enjoy doing when I am not fixing computers. I got into doing this about 10 years ago and back then I had to write most of my pages with Notepad or some other basic text editor and when I found a WYSIWIG web page editor I was ecstatic.

Later on I went to Microsoft Frontpage and just very recently I have started to make the transition to Dreamweaver which I find is an excellent program which I wish I had taken the time to learn several years ago.

I am also offering some Flash Design services as well. As long as it is not too complicated I am more than happy to take it on.

A simple caveat:

As much as I would NOT like to turn down any work that is offered to me, I will be honest and up front with my clients after I take a look at the task they would like me to perform and if it is beyond the scope of my skills, I will not take it on. I have a reputation for doing quality work and keeping my clients happy. There have been those times when I have had a job come my way which was definitely over my head and I am not ashamed or afraid to say so. There are too many out there that will go ahead and tackle it any way, take your money and leave you with a sub-standard product. That is not how I operate and I never intend to do that. If I don't know how to do it, I will either learn it or find someone who can do it and refer the client to them.
