The levels of support that I offer vary depending on what your needs happen to be
Per Incident Support Services:
- On site support
- $60.00 per hour during normal business hours (7 AM to 7PM Monday through Friday) plus travel costs to your location depending upon the distance to your location
- $90.00 per hour outside of normal business hours, weekends and holidays plus travel costs to your location depending upon the distance to your location
- Remote Support
- $40.00 per hour during normal business hours (7 AM to 7PM Monday through Friday)
- $60.00 per hour outside of normal business hours, weekends and holidays.
Monthly Support Plans
10 hour monthly support plan
- On site support - $500 per month plus travel costs to your location depending upon the distance to your location (All hours)
- Remote support - $350 per month (All hours)
20 hour monthly support plan
- On site support - $1000 per month plus travel costs to your location depending upon the distance to your location (All hours)
- Remote support - $250 per month (All hours)
