About me

My skill when it comes to PC service is best described as being akin to the teenage kid who lives next door to you and just happens to be very handy with computers. Add to that the fact that I have close to 15 years experience doing this so somewhere along the line I have managed to learn a thing or two.

With all of that being said however, this does NOT make me the all knowing expert, this is a technology that is constantly evolving and there are always new things to learn in this field.

When I am not busy writing web pages or servicing computers for my clients, I volunteer my time with a non-profit organization in downtown Boston working with their MIS Department.

Anyhow in my volunteer capacity with this organization I have successfully accomplished the following:

  • Implemented a program to provide clients with used computers.
  • Provided all aspects of technical support to the organization’s staff and clients.
  • Refurbished and repaired computers for the client program and use within the organization.
  • Prepared new computers for deployment within the facility.
  • Improved work flow systems in regards to computer hardware, software and general support.

Perhaps I may be able to do some of this for you!

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.

  • Video conferencing, setup and troubleshooting.
  • Web site design with MS FrontPage and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
  • Currently enrolled in a Red Hat Unix class.
